expanded life and greater capacity. Kundalini Yoga rapidly makes you what you already are, and
brings you to the practical experience of Infinity. There are many different types of yoga. In the West, Hatha Yoga is
the most popular and widely-practiced form of yoga. It concentrates on perfecting the physical body in order to affect
the mind and consciousness. Kundalini Yoga, is a type of Raja Yoga - the yoga of meditation and awareness.
It focuses directly on the development of the will and mental faculties. Hatha Yoga and Kundalini Yoga have the
same objective but follow a different approach. Most
everyone can practice Kundalini Yoga. Every physical posture can be modified to fit the level of the practitioner.
If you can sit, breathe and meditate, you can do Kundalini Yoga. If your main focus is to get a good workout or work on the physical body directly, you may prefer to try some form
